We’re happy to offer free U.S. returns on full-priced items purchased online as long as it's in unused condition and within 10 days of purchase for a full refund on the original payment method. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Please note: We are unable to cover shipping costs or additional duties and fees charged for international returns.
How long does it take to process a return?
Our staff will alert us once your returned item has arrived, and we’ll promptly issue a refund. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the transaction to appear on your bank account. If your return tracking shows as "delivered" and you have not received a refund, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you your money back right away.
Can I return or exchange a gift?
Generally, we do not return or exchange gifts. We will, however, make it right if your items are damaged. Please send an email to email@example.com. If possible, please provide the first and last name of the person that placed the initial order. Kindly note all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
What if I received the wrong item in my shipment?
Don’t worry! We’ll make it right. If you receive an incorrect item in your shipment, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
